Court of Protection is vested with the power to grant conditional or limited permission with respect to the property of person who is mentally deranged.

Sub-section (3) of Section 36 of Mental Health Ordinance, 2001 empowers the Court of Protection to invite objections from the relatives or friends of such mentally disordered person and make such inquiries as it deems necessary while granting the said permission the welfare of the mentally deranged person shall be kept at the forefront ? Some of the measures which the Court of Protection can take in account while granting permission to sell the property of the mentally deranged person stipulated.
