The
objection as to the demolition of structure or its
removal by the judgment-debtor is totally
misconceived. In “Noor Muhammad Khan v. Haji
Muhammad Ali Khan and 24 others” (PLD 1973 SC
218) it was ruled by the August Supreme Court as
follows:
“…In section 13 of the Urban Rent
Restriction Ordinance, the word used is
“eviction” and the “eviction” would include
the removal of super-structure also”
