 Principles of Quran & Sunnah--- Ayat No.7 to 11 of Surah tul Nisa of Holy Quran--- A male Muslim dies without male issue--- His only daughter who dies issueless leaving behind only an alive uterine brother who will inherit her estate whereas progeny of her predeceased uncle or step father will be excluded from her inheritance. Revision Petition allowed. Concurrent (naeem)decisions of lower fora granting share to the sons of her step father were reversed accordingly.
