 Partition proceedings before Revnue Officer and controversy of title--- During the partition proceedings of a suit land or at the time of incorporation of inheritance mutation, if the parties/co-sharers are agreed on a scheme of private partition then the Revenue Officer shall affirm the said scheme of (naeem)partition under Section 135-A of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1967 otherwise he shall immediately commence the proceedings of partition and complete the same within thirty days. If any question of title arises during the partition proceedings, the Revenue Officer under Section 141 of the Act ibid, has jurisdiction to decide the same after hearing the parties.
