XIII, R. 4---Endorsements on documents admitted in evidence---Scope---Document not produced and proved in evidence but only 'marked' as an exhibit---Such document had no legal value and sanctity in the eyes of law---When a document was not brought on record through witness(s) and duly exhibited, the same could not be taken into consideration by the Court --- Mere marking of a document as an exhibit would not dispense with requirement of proving the same and the same could not be exhibited unless it was proved.
