اس فیصلے میں درج ذیل نکات پر بحث کی گئی ہے:

i) یہ قانون کا ایک کثرت سے دہرایا جانے والا اصول ہے کہ جب کوئی ڈگری مشروط ہو اور اس میں شرط کے ساتھ ساتھ اس شرط کو پورا نہ کرنے کے نتیجے کا بھی ذکر ہو تو عدالت مقررہ تاریخ پر فنکٹس آفیشیو (functus officio) ہو جائے گی۔ ii) کیا قانونِ میعاد سماعت، 1908 میں نظرثانی کی درخواست پر کارروائی کرنے کے لیے کوئی میعاد مقرر نہیں کی گئی ہے۔ 

Following points are discussed in this judgement:

i) It is an oft repeated principle of law that when a decree is conditional and it stipulates the condition as well as the consequence of non-fulfillment of such condition the court would become functus officio on the target date.

ii) Whether there is no period of limitation prescribed for prosecution of the revision application in the Limitation Act, 1908.
