   مخصوص ریلیف ایکٹ کی دفعہ 27 (بی) کے تحت ایک حقیقی منتقلی کے طور پر بعد میں خریدار کا تحفظ نیک نیتی سے اور پیشگی معاہدے کی اطلاع کے بغیر کی گئی ادائیگی کے سخت ثبوت پر مشروط ہے ۔ محض تکنیکی بے ضابطگیاں ، جیسے متفرق درخواست کا فیصلہ نہ ہونا ، ریمانڈ کی ضمانت نہیں دیتا ہے جہاں ان کا کیس کی خوبیوں پر کوئی اثر نہیں پڑتا ہے ۔

 The protection of a subsequent purchaser as a bona fide transferee under Section 27(b) of the Specific Relief Act is conditional upon strict proof of payment of consideration made in good faith and without notice of the prior agreement. Mere technical irregularities, such as non-decision of a miscellaneous application, do not warrant remand where they have no bearing on the merits of the case.
