 یہ قانون کا ایک طے شدہ اصول ہے کہ جہاں کوئی فروش اپنی مخصوص جائیداد کے سلسلے میں کسی معاہدے پر عمل درآمد کرتا ہے ، اس کی معاہدہ کی ذمہ داری اس کے اپنے مفاد کی حد تک برقرار رہتی ہے ، بشرطیکہ معاہدہ منقطع ہو ۔

 It is a settled principle of law that where a vendor executes an agreement in respect of his own distinct property, his contractual liability remains intact to the extent of his own interest, provided the contract is severable.
