Whereas, a Civil Suit for Specific Performance of agreement to sell titled as ____________Versus__________ is pending for adjudication in the Court of Mr._________Learned Civil Judge, Lahore, against the principal, wherein, next date of hearing is ________.

Whereas, the principal shall not be able to pursue aforesaid case himself as he has to visit abroad frequently, therefore, the principal appoint Mr._______ son of ____ as his special attorney. The attorney is real son of the principal and the attorney is fully acquainted with the facts of above mentioned civil suit.

NOW THIS DEED OF SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY WITNESSTH AS UNDER:

The attorney is hereby authorised to do following acts on behalf of the principal in the suit mentioned above:
.
(i) to appear and mark attendance on behalf of the principal;

(ii) to appoint and constitute on my behalf Advocate/s or Advocate on Record whenever my said attorney considers it proper to do so;to submit written statement, any application or submit reply to any application filed in the suit;

(iii) to appear as a witness and to produce evidence including oral as well as documentary evidence;
.
(iv) to file any appeal, writ, revision or review against any interim or final order before any Court including the High Court and Supreme Court or to defend any appeal, revision, review or other petitions filed in this case before any Court up to the highest Court against any order passed in this case;

(v) to compromise or enter into any settlement with the opposite party or refer to arbitration or accept decision on special oath as the attorney may deem necessary and proper in this case;

(vi) to file any other case against the opposite party if necessary & when required; and
.
(vii) to do all the other lawful acts and things in connection with the above case as effectually as the princpal could do the same if he was personally present, and all acts, deeds and things lawfully done by the attorney attorney shall be binding upon the principal and the principal do hereby agrees to ratify and confirm the same.
