The simple reading of Article 81 divulges that where the execution of a document is admitted by the executant himself, the examination of attesting witnesses is not necessary.

 It is a settled principle of law that admitted facts need not to be proved, so production of two attesting witnesses in the case of Aamer Saleem was not necessary.
