Whether an oral gift of immovable property is not required to be proved on account of the fact that an arbitration between the donor and the donee took place subsequent to the purported gift and an award was passed in favour of the donee, more particularly, when the same results into depriving the female legal heirs of the donor, from their rights in inheritance of the disputed property of the donor forming subject matter of the award?
