شفع کے حوالے سے ایک انتہائ معلوماتی اور بہترین فیصلہ

 پہلے سے تیار پرنٹ شدہ فارمیٹ/پرو فارما کے ذریعے طلبِ اشاد کے نوٹس بھیجنا شفع ایکٹ 1987 کے دفعہ 13 کے تحت طے شدہ شرائط کو پورا نہیں کرتی۔ اس لیے قانون میں جائز نہیں۔۔۔۔
