لَمبرداری گرانٹ برائے سرکاری اراضی--- حقِ ملکیت کی منتقلی بنام گرانٹی لمبردار---محکمہ نوآبادیات، حکومت پنجاب نے نوٹیفیکیشن نمبر 81-2006/51-سی (وی) مؤرخہ 17.01.2006 تمام سابقہ ہدایات کو منسوخ کرتے ہوئے جاری کیا ہے اور فیصلہ کیا ہے کہ لمبرداروں کو لیز پر دی گئی سرکاری اراضی کے کوئی ملکیتی حقوق لمبرداروں کو نہیں دیے جائیں گے۔ مذکورہ نوٹیفیکیشن ابھی تک نافذ العمل ہے، جس نے ان کے مطلوبہ دعوے/ریلیف کو ختم کر دیا ہے۔
Lumberdari grant of the state land--- Conferment of its proprietary rights to the grantee Lumberdar---The Colonies Department, Government of the Punjab has issued notification No.81-2006/51-C(V) dated 17.01.2006 in supersession of all the previous instructions and decided that no proprietary rights of the state land leased out to the Lambardars will be given to Lambardars. The said notification is still in field, which extinguished their sought for claim/relief.
