Fraudulent mutations managed through impersonation and misrepresentation---Revenue Officials, impleadment of---Scope---Impleading Revenue Officials in every case was not a rule of the thumb; it depended upon the peculiar facts and circumstances of each case and in the event the concerned Court came to the conclusion that Revenue functionaries needed to be impleaded to enable it to arrive at a just conclusion, appropriate orders could be passed giving the concerned party an opportunity to implead them---Revenue Officials could also be summoned by either side or if considered necessary even as Court witnesses
