حق کا اعلان ، اگر ضروری ہو تو ، فائدہ اٹھانے والے کے ذریعہ سول کورٹ سے مانگا جائے گا نہ کہ اس کے برعکس جو وراثت کے حصص یا جائیداد جیسے .........

 (1) جائزے کے دائرہ اختیار کا دائرہ کار اور شکل پنجاب بورڈ آف ریونیو ایکٹ ، 1957 کی دفعہ 8 کے تحت ؛

(2) حق کا اعلان ، اگر ضروری ہو تو ، فائدہ اٹھانے والے کے ذریعہ سول کورٹ سے مانگا جائے گا نہ کہ اس کے برعکس جو وراثت کے حصص یا جائیداد جیسے کسی دوسرے حقوق سے محروم ہے ۔ (3) اتپریورتن کسی فریق کے حق میں کوئی حق یا لقب نہیں دیتا ہے بلکہ انتظامی طرف سے مالی مقاصد کے لئے محض ایک سرکاری ریکارڈ تشکیل دیتا ہے ۔

 (1) Scope & contours of review jurisdiction Under Section 8 of The Punjab Board of Revenue Act, 1957;

(2) Declaration of title, if so required, will be sought by the beneficiary from the Civil Court and not vice versa by the one who is deprived of inheritance share(s) or any other rights viz the property;

(3) Mutation does not confer any right or title in favor of any party but constitutes merely an official record for fiscal purposes on the administrative side.
